Perth Pi is a personal household dashboard being developed to bring the family calendar and useful local information together on a home display.

Google Calendar integration

With the calendar owner's authorisation, Perth Pi reads the configured Household calendar and displays upcoming events, their times, locations and assigned label colours. The integration uses read-only Google Calendar permissions.

The prototype runs on a computer in the household. Calendar data is retrieved from Google and cached locally so the display can continue showing its last successful update when a connection is unavailable.

This website provides project information. Access to the working dashboard is arranged privately by the household administrator. There is no public registration.
